While historically renowned for its sweet iterations, the rise to fame of dry Chenin is relatively recent. Whether grown on limestone or schist, today Chenin produces wines of character and great ageing potential that are found in some of the best wine lists.
The Loire native, sommelier and Chenin advocate, Pascaline Lepeltier has spent the last decade promoting the work of winemakers who favour a low intervention approach, bottling wines that share a clear connection to these terroirs.
Join us for a tasting in our private dining room La Cachette hosted by our sommelier James, where we’ll explore five different interpretations of Chenin, while enjoying snacks provided by the kitchen.
