With a winemaking history dating back to Roman times, Piedmont has been since the eighties at the centre of an heated debate between those who want to stick to traditional ways of making wine and those pushing for innovation. Today, Langhe’s winemakers seem to have found a middle ground.
What unites them is a shared talent to create wines that could not be made anywhere else, a process deeply rooted in respect for the land, integrity and patience.
