Tasting

This event has ended.

Fostering a vibrant ecosystem through the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices, alongside an unwavering desire to create strikingly beautiful wines are some of the themes common to the kind of winemakers we love, including in Burgundy.

In a region where working with grapes from prized crus has become increasingly expensive, many growers and négociants are choosing instead to focus on, and often reinvent, what it means to make wine in less celebrated appellations.

Join us for a tasting in the private dining room La Cachette to discover a new and forward-thinking face of Burgundy as we travel from Chablis to Saint-Romain, while enjoying snacks from our kitchen.

The Wines:

Alice & Olivier de Moor Sans Bruit 2019

Domaine Valette Macon-Chaintré 2016

Domaine de Chassorney Saint-Romain Combe Bazin 2019

Chandon de Briailles Ile des Vergelesses 1er Cru 2017

Domaine Prieuré-Roch Pinoterie Pure 2017
