Neta Mezcal, working alongside small producers in Oaxaca, a land of myth, folklore and legends, is keeping alive a tradition dating back centuries.
While family recipes are passed down through generations, due to the inextricable relationship between mezcal and the everchanging natural world, no production is the same to the one before.
