Chef and author Analiese Gregory is a force of nature. After years spent cooking in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens from Paris to Sydney, in 2017 she decided to trade her life in the city for the wilderness of Tasmania, looking to live more sustainably and in greater connection with the natural world.
Equally at ease in the kitchen as she is amongst the elements, Analiese has documented her adventures with fishing, hunting and foraging in Tasmania in a beautiful memoir filled with recipes and stories. Together with talented chef Kobi Ruzicka, owner of Dier Makr and Lucinda Wine Bar in Hobart, Analiese is taking over our kitchen for one night this July.

The menu will be a set, priced at £75 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
