For this month’s collaboration dinner, we have invited chef Ed Wilson of Brawn and Sargasso’s fame to create a dinner inspired by the diverse cuisine found along the banks of the Loire river, from the Atlantic coast to the countryside.
On this unique event, the menu will feature some of Ed’s classics from his days at the helm of Green Man & French Horn.
True to the spirit of the beloved venue which closed in 2015, the wine selection will focus on the Loire. Expect some of our favourite bottles by the stars of the region as well as under the radar winemakers.
The menu will be a set, priced at £75 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
